Karga 9:00 a.m
Karga 1:30pm

Still smiling me at 2:35 pm and ready to clean the mess.
The picture says a thousand words. Andrea is enjoying my karga to her because she is sick. I am truly exhausted and luckily at long last, I able to put her to bed for a short nap. I bet ya there's more karga to come tonight.
That's all I do today -- karga here and karga there. Everytime I put her down she gets mad. So I guess I'll just surrender and give her what she wants before more sipon adds up.
Life being a mum is really a hard job. You just don't care for the child but also clean the house, cook, do groceries, hang the clothes, iron them, and blah blah blah. Unending chores! It is very different in the Philippines where you can hire someone to do all these things but not here abroad. Life is totally different.
As my grandma always say - "akong sayaw, akong tug-tug" and now I can truly relate. With all this things that is happening here as a first time mum, I able to appreciate my parents more of all the sacrifices they have done for me. It makes me for who I am today.
Would that makes me a good mum now huh?

Give Me Some More Karga Moments Mum!
My Wildest Dream Vacation
Everyone needs a good break and that includes me.
A good friend of ours went around the world trip last year and they shared to us all the different countries they've been. I know they had fun especially waking up into different places each and everyday. And I was thinking about it last night that leads to a very good dream.
I have so many friends in USA and would love to see them. I am planning to visit some of my family and relatives as well and planning to visit some new places. I am so eager to visit Las Vegas and see what is the fuss about it. For sure there are so many things to do in Las Vegas and I will make sure I will enjoy every single moment of it. Not to mention the splurge. Oh boy!
My grandfather that lives in San Francisco is surely one of my list as well to visit. I will ask him to tour me around and visit one of the nicest place there like Atlanta. I have heard a lot of good things about that place and is excited to see it. I will let him start to list some things to do in Atlanta to really make sure I don't miss a single tourist attraction and other theme parks and fun sightseeing tours such as going to Stone Mountain Park, Wild Adventures Theme Park and Atlanta Shopping Shuttle.
Since we are planning to do this dream vacation we had in mind, I have been visiting this trusted company website Trusted Tours and Attractions.
Trusted Tours and Attractions offers discounted tickets to the best sightseeing tours in 23 cities across America.
I just want to share this good news that they have this great deal to Sign up for the Trusted Travels eNewsletter and enter to win a $150 iTunes gift card Offer ends Saturday, May 31st, 2008.
I can try my luck huh? You can join too, it's free.

Andrea Has Colds
Winter is just around the corner and Andrea has colds. Since Sunday, she's having this runny nose and it's quite pity to see her having that large amount of "sipon" running over her little nose. I bought some feese nose sucker where I just put inside her nose and sucked in all those sipon and clean what's in there so she can breathe properly but she doesn't like it. She gets annoyed whenever we touch her nose plus she is just sensitive because she is not feeling well.
She wake up so grumpy this morning which I totally understand because she didn't have a good sleep last night (me too!). I know she wants to have a good sleep but it's all blocked out. She is breathing by her nose and I totally understand how it feels so I decided to let her sleep in my arms so she can breathe properly.
My sitting position is very uncomfortable and I end up having a sore leg and back pain but seeing her having a little sleep I just remain there until she gets up which lasted only for 3 1/2 hours. Too bad Noel can't help us because he has to sleep as well and he gets up around 4am for work.
He is a carpenter :-). My handsome carpenter. Wit-wew!
So I decided to share this little bonding yet simple picture of us both that is taken today while she is happy. (WARNING: MY FACE IS HAGGARD WITH LOTS OF EYE BAGS)
Sorry to those who visited me that I can't pay back visiting your blogs because she doesn't want to let go of me. I better go now and fix all this mess she made and eat my lunch now. I need some rest after this before she wakes up. I am totally exhausted now and tired.
Hope I can see you all tonight in your blogs, yes.

My Jaws Dropped!
Today we went to see our builders since it's already a month now after they have processed all the papers they need to build our new house. I am so excited of course because at last I can picture out properly how will the house looks like.
Anyway, we have discussed the price all together and my jaws dropped when I saw an additional AU$30,000 fixed from the original budget. I was like whoa! The reason being is that all the other add-ons are being summed up into one. Such a trick because they advertised it for AU$126,000 for the house alone but not included the other extra agendas.
Now, Australia regulates new water tank for new households since January 08 since we are running out of water here and that costs us a whooping AU$6,500. That leaves us for another AU$23,500 which costs as another heartbreaking Footing and Slab for AU$8,750 and Retaining Walls of AU$8,500. Other costs adds up including the internal layouts and etc.
With that price mentioned above, it is not yet included with the timber floor and carpet for our 4 bedroom and 1 study room. Anyway, the builders will start to build it by early August and I reckon it will last up to early December so hopefully we will be there by Christmas or New Year.
We do house selling since last year and sold couple of houses now so I am sorry to tell that after 8 months we will put it again in the market to sell. Lols! That's how we do it here :-)
No pain, no gain. We just have to pay for the price and save what we sell.
Although we both know (Noel and I) that we will be working for the rest of our lives but we want to do this to assure that our kids will have good future. I always have this thought that - 'you never know what comes tomorrow' and if something will happen, at least my soul and mind is at ease.
We are totally inlove with our daughter. All this is for her. She is our world and our everything. We bring her to this world. We are entitled and obliged to give her the best future but expect nothing from her except of being safe all the time.

But hey, whether your needs are personal or business related, consumer or commercial based, their are some costs effective GPS tracking solution for you. It's only a matter to find one.

Time To Clean Your Make-Up Brushes
Yay! My third video and it took me 4 hours to upload everything. :-( But it's all good.
When was the last time you cleaned your make-up brushes? A few weeks, a year or a month ago?
Last week, I bought some MAC make-up brushes and decided to give my old MAC brushes a rest. I made this video to share to you all on how I clean my make-up brushes.
You have to remember that by cleaning them, you save your skin from too much build up of bacterias that are sticking around your make-up brushes. By cleaning them, it is a sign that you are caring for your skin. Not only that, it will give you a long lasting use instead of buying new ones every year.
Applying make-up doesn't necessarily mean applying a proper foundation, concealer or eye shadows but making sure all the tools that you used is clean.
If you have brand new ones as well, make sure you clean them properly before even using them. In the video below, you can see some dirts coming out from my unused make up brushes and it really turns me off. At least now, I can enjoy using them when it's clean. You can really tell a lot of difference when you do your make-up.
Trust me.
Hope you'll learn something :-) After watching this, hope you will clean yours as well. :-)
